Consultation process
At ReGEN Medical, we understand that the most optimal results come from working hand-in-hand with our patients to tailor their skin care protocols to fit their daily lifestyles and needs.
We know that everyone is uniquely different and that each patient requires an individualized approach to achieving healthy skin.
During our initial assessment, patients’ medical history is reviewed in relation to skin conditions to determine potential treatment options. A comprehensive skin care history is taken to review what has and has not worked to address your skincare goals and needs. Initial assessment images are taken and documented in your patient file so that we can always reference back to our starting point.
Once your full assessment has been completed, together we create a comprehensive approach to address your skincare goals and needs and set you on your journey toward healthy skin.
Education
Education is something that we believe holds the highest importance in addressing patient’s needs. Our team members attend weekly webinars on the science of ZO Skin Health, monthly training on proper product use and implementation, as well as attendance in hands-on trainings held at the ZO Skin Health Centre in Irvine, CA. All members of our team are #ZCORE and #EXPERT trained.
